On the basis of all of these, we offer our customers over 400 designs consisting of underwear clothing, pyjamas, house dresses, street wear and functional products, which are renewed annually..
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Ferah Konfeksiyon could offer its customers an idea, a dream, a picture or a different design as a finished product. Its knowledge, production experience and wide supplier network are its biggest advantage in this respect. First, we make the pattern of a model visualized and drawn by a designer and transform it into a usable product. Then, we do a research on the product’s raw materials and offer choices to its customer.
We order the preferred raw materials in the desired colours, shapes and sizes and set to manufacture in the already prepared patterns and eventually offer it to the customer. All our clients have to do is to give us a sample, a photograph or an idea for underwear clothing, pyjamas, house dresses, street wear, swimsuits and functional product. We will offer them various raw materials, patterns and choices very quickly. Even if they are not able to do so, we will set different suppliers to develop the desired raw materials to make the dream product come true so quickly.
CREATION
Many well-known brands in today’s ready-made clothing and underwear industries buy finished products, and also prefer to work with their own designers and research and control teams. Such teams do a research on the product to be manufactured and the colours and raw materials to be used and prepare technical files in advance.
Transforming those files into a product and then starting to manufacture is one of the types of production at Ferah Konfeksiyon. We get into touch with different suppliers from different countries for all raw materials specified in the files. Alternatives to those raw materials are also suggested. We make sure the products are prepared in the colour and design given in the files according to the customer’s requests. Products from different territories are turned into samples at Ferah and offered to the customer. Then, we put the final touches to the product on the basis of the customer’s remarks and make it available for production. Before too long, the production is completed and dispatched to the customer.
RESTRUCTURING
This type of manufacture has recently been preferred quite a lot. Today’s retail and fashion industry are changing very rapidly. Stores constantly aim to offer new products to their customers, or a particular product in great demand has sold out more quickly than expected and another production is needed. Or a particular client is not satisfied with its current supplier or simply wishes to work with different
alternatives rather than stick to one manufacturer only. In such a case, Ferah Konfeksiyon is able to restructure the client’s finished product according to the original working with the same raw material suppliers or offering alternatives from the local companies. We conduct an examination on the original product, make patterns in a very short time, procure the raw materials to be used or restructure it according to the original and make it available to the client. And then we start the manufacture swiftly. Turkey has the side industry and know-how required for this method. All details including fabrics, laces, containers, accessories, rubbers and packaging elements can be restructured.
