Social Responsibility Policy

As Ferah Clothing Industry and Tourism Trade Inc., we aim to continue our activities with our employees, customers and suppliers in accordance with the requirements of the age, honesty and trust.

We present our company policy to all our business partners in our production facility with social awareness, and we primarily work in accordance with our laws, our customers’ production procedures and social standards, and invite them to share this understanding.

The working age is as determined by the law, child labor is not allowed and supported. Young employees are evaluated under special conditions.

The company does not employ its employees under any pressure. All employees are employed in suitable positions with their own consent under equal conditions.

It fulfills the legal requirements for the health and safety of all its employees, takes the necessary measures to prevent all health and safety risks of the personnel, supports their development with training opportunities and ensures occupational health and safety.

Our employees’ working environment is sufficiently equipped, and all kinds of opportunities are provided for them to meet their basic needs under hygienic conditions.

Employees are free to form collective agreements and unions, as well as all kinds of freedoms.

Employees have freedom of thought and belief, and no discrimination is applied to anyone in terms of language, religion, race, gender, social class, age and union membership.

Working hours are arranged as prescribed by law, overtime is not done regularly and employees are given one day off per week.

The wage policy is evaluated according to the knowledge and skills of our employees and no payment is made below the minimum wage. Our goal is to reach the fair wage level in our region.

Employees report their requests and complaints to the management through worker representatives, request and complaint boxes and direct employer meetings, and the solutions to these issues are analyzed and finalized by the management.

None of our employees are disciplined by physical or material discipline rules, the development of our employees is provided with training and instructions.

It fulfills its social responsibility against environmental pollution and the protection of nature and raises its employees’ awareness on this issue.

With our ethical business approach, it is controlled that no gifts, bribes or commissions are given for personal benefit.
